Detectable in the electromagnetic range of 50Khz–1Mhz, which ensuring that a small torn piece will not contaminate or end up in the final product purchased by the consumer. Metal Detectable Sleeves
The perfect companion to the CK5000 metal detectable glove, the Metal Detectable Sleeve extends the concept of “due diligence” by expanding a worker’s protective coverage from the wrist to elbow. The sleeve is metal detectable by a foil strip (which is to be worn inside next to clothing) and is visual detectable blue 20 micron LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene). These metal detectable sleeves have elastic at both ends for a snug, immovable but comfortable fit. Seams are heat-sealed to prevent seepage. These sleeves are perfectly suited for the food and meat processing, pharmaceutical and the beverage manufacturing industries. Sleeves are ideal for wet environments to protect workers clothing, and help keep first aid bandages dry and away from the production and process areas.
